Tasty, light and versatile, Lorenzini Naturamica zucchini are ideal for all seasons.
Their crunchy and tasty pulp lends itself to the preparation of summer dishes such as salads or pies, but also for winter recipes such as soups and soups.
Grown at the Azienda Agricola Lorenzini Naturamica in Sermide, Lombardy, our zucchini are always fresh and harvested daily. The type we grow is the variety with dark green skin, suitable for any type of recipe.
To ensure that their freshness remains intact and their duration is greater, it is important to keep them at their best. One method that allows you to preserve the zucchini while making them particularly tasty is the preservation in oil, a preparation that allows you to consume them as an appetiser or for a quick meal, perhaps accompanied by bread and cheese.
Those who love practicality can freeze them, washing and drying them carefully and cutting them into slices or cubes. Then arrange them in a tray to prevent the pieces from sticking together, and put them in the freezer. After about 10 hours you can store them in convenient freezer bags, and use them comfortably for your recipes at a later time.
Zucchini can also be dried: wash, slice and place on a sunny surface for a few days. You just have to remember to bring them back home at night so they don’t get damp, and turn them every now and then.
With a good preservation you can get the most out of this delicious vegetable, giving your creativity freedom of expression.
