Our zucchini have medium-green skin and a tasty, crunchy pulp. They are mainly composed of water (94% of weight), contain few carbohydrates and proteins, are good sources of potassium, vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin C, lutein and zeaxanthin and folic acid.
