Datterini tomatoes can be stored for a long time in the refrigerator, keeping all their sweetness even for 15 days.
They are harvested at the moment of the best degree of ripeness when the fruit detaches from the branch without difficulty and their particularly sweet taste, guaranteed by the low degree of acidity, makes them ideal also as a dessert, while the very thin skin allows it excellent raw consumption.
