HOW SWEET YOUR MELON IS
By inserting the code on the melon you have purchased, you can discover its Brix degree and its degree of sweetness.
Il Melone
The melon is presented as a refreshing food, rich in potassium, vitamins and antioxidants, particularly tasty, and an adjuvant of the digestive processes, therefore from the dietary point of view, and for the low caloric value, the melon is a fruit that can be recommended to everyone. In fact, like all fresh fruit, it is important because it provides essential amounts of carbohydrates, vitamins and mineral salts, Sodium, Calcium and Phosphorus, organic acids and fibre, which help prevent nutritional imbalances and deficiencies.
Our melons belong to 6 different varieties, united by an equal degree of sweetness and a very high degree of quality. They differ mainly in the characteristics of the peel and color of the pulp and in the different shelf life after receipt at your home.

Quality.
The use of the cultivation of different varieties of melon for each period of the crop cycle, combined with various transplant periods, cultivation techniques and the certification of production sites, guarantee the consumer to be able to find a quality melon during a large period of the year, which runs from the end of March to the end of December.
Identity.
Since 2003, all our melons have an “identity card” that shows their entire history, from the seed to the plate of the consumers: in fact, the traceability of each fruit has been introduced through a code printed with the 1st indelible laser mark, by Lorenzini technology.
Sweetness.
The values of the sugar content (never below 14 degrees Brix) and of the consistency of the pulp are analyzed in real-time and only melons that meet our high-quality standards receive their own alphanumeric code of identity. A guarantee of traceability, integrity and sweetness of the product.
