In 2004 a new organization of producers was founded, Lorenzini Naturamica OP Soc. Cons. a R.L.. The companies that make up the consortium are partly historical companies that work in the fields and greenhouses handed down for generations, and partly more recently formed companies, where passion is always the protagonist. In all the farms of the PO, during the last few years, there has been a phenomenon of crop specialization, which has favored the production of quality melons and vegetables, which has been accompanied by a constant updating of sowing, cultivation and harvesting techniques and to a consequent expansion of the cultivated areas and of the turnover, always in full respect of the environment.
